Quordle Strategy Tips
Solving 4 Wordles at once in 9 guesses requires a different approach than regular Wordle.
Use your first 4 guesses for information only
Unlike Wordle, you cannot focus on solving one word early. The first 3-4 guesses should test as many letters as possible across all 4 boards. Words like CRANE, FLUBS, MIGHT, and PODGY cover 20 unique high-frequency letters in 4 guesses.
Solve the easiest board first
After a few information guesses, one board usually has significantly more green and yellow letters than the others. Pivot to solving that board next. Finishing one board gives you 5 remaining guesses for the other three, which is much more manageable.
Every guess hits all 4 boards
This is the defining rule. A guess that solves board 1 also provides color feedback on boards 2, 3, and 4. Use this strategically: when guessing a word to solve one board, pick a word that also contains letters you still need to test on other boards.
Do not guess random words after 7
With only 9 guesses, guess 8 and 9 must be precise. If you are on your last two guesses with one board unsolved and more than 2 possible answers, pick the word that eliminates the most possibilities rather than guessing a specific answer.
Watch for shared letters across boards
Sometimes two or more boards share letters in common. If you see yellow or green feedback for the same letter on multiple boards, a word containing that letter serves double duty and is more efficient than testing a new letter.
Sequence: Daily vs Chill vs Extreme
The standard Daily Quordle gives 9 guesses for 4 words. Quordle Chill gives 12 guesses for a more relaxed experience. Quordle Extreme cuts it to 8 guesses. If you are new, start with Chill to understand the multi-board flow before jumping into Daily.
